Yes, along with all our younger friends we dance the nights away at least four nights a week and every week until the early hours.

We hope to inspire all people of today, that age is but a number in ones life and should not be considered a deterrence to ones activities in life itself as time goes by.
Life is for living, and to do little or nothing in ones life is a sure way to feel and get old prematurely and quickly, hence this attempt to encourage people of all ages to live life to the full, so far as possible.
Together for 64 years we have danced the years away, along with all our other activities and hobbies, this as helped to keep our hearts young, and our minds and bodies in very good health.
So,our message again, life is for living, time is too short, so we urge all who can, to get out and do your own thing whatever that may be, and for those would be critics who scoff our advice, plus our way of life, we say to them, do not knock it, until you have tried it, better to have tried and failed, than never tried at all.
As you can see, we are very colourful people, so, brighten up your hearts and minds and go for it, as we have done, and so can you, do not let life pass you by without enjoying it first.!!!
